Lois Ann Noble, a woman who dedicated her life to her beloved Poodle dogs, has passed away on February 5, 2024, in Sun City, Arizona. She was born on October 27, 1935, in Knapp, Wisconsin. Lois was known and cherished for her passion as a breeder, groomer, and show-er of Poodles.


One could say that Lois's life truly revolved around these graceful and intelligent creatures. Her commitment to the Poodle world earned her many honors and accolades, with her home adorned by numerous dog show ribbons that spoke volumes about her expertise and dedication. It was clear that she had found her true calling.


Beyond her adoration for Poodles, Lois had a diverse range of interests and activities that brought immense joy into her life. An avid supporter of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins, she cheered them on with unwavering loyalty. Additionally, she selflessly volunteered at church giveaways for clothing, food, school supplies, and bikes - lending a helping hand to those in need.


Lois had an adventurous spirit manifested through her love for travel. She embarked on unforgettable journeys to various countries across the globe. From Europe to Russia and Scotland - the birthplace of her husband's family - she immersed herself in different cultures and created lasting memories along the way. And whenever she roamed the open road in her beloved RV, it was a testament to her free-spirited nature.


As an active member of both the Valley of the Sun Poodle Club and Arrowhead Kennel Club, Lois formed cherished connections within the close-knit Poodle community. Through these associations, she enriched her life with countless friendships built around a shared love for these remarkable dogs.


Lois Ann Noble was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Robert Noble; parents Constance and Oscar LaVoie, brother Joe LaVoie, and brother John LaVoie. 


Although her physical presence is no longer with us, the memories and bonds shared with Lois will forever hold a cherished place within their hearts. Lois leaves behind a circle of loved ones who will remember her with great fondness. Her surviving family and friends include her niece Sandra Kath, niece Roxann Schutz, niece Joann Carlin, niece Geraldine Merth, nephew Tom Buckley, and sister-in-law Fran LaVoie. These individuals were touched by Lois's warmth and radiance during her time on earth.


To honor Lois Ann Noble's life and legacy, a memorial gathering will take place on February 15, 2024, at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center in Sun City, Arizona. The service will begin at 1:00 and conclude at 3:00. This gathering will serve as an opportunity for all those who loved Lois to come together and celebrate her remarkable journey, may we carry on her passion for these beautiful creatures and embrace the joy that they brought into her life.
