85, of Waddell, Arizona passed away January 28, 2014 in Goodyear, Arizona. Born in Liberal, Kansas, Joe was a US Air Force veteran and retiree. He moved to Arizona in 1996 from New Mexico. Survivors include his wife Mary and sons Mark and Roger and their families.
