89, of Sun City, Arizona passed away March 16, 2014. Born in Avon, Connecticut, Madelyn was a school teacher. She resided in Arizona for the past 33 years. Survivors include her sisters Julia Bonczek & Agnes C. Folcik, and 18 loving nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 24, 2014 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ.
