Marshall Thomas Oliphant, Jr., 77, of Glendale, Arizona passed away November 29, 2015. Visitation will be 10-11 with funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 8, 2015, Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Chapel. Interment with military honors will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
