Mildred A. Petric, 91, of Phoenix, passed away on February 21, 2011. She was born April 21, 1919, in Snow Shoe, PA. She moved to Arizona with her husband Stanley in 1952. Her career as a wife, mother and homemaker was her passion. Her kind and gentle ways will be missed by her children, Peggy (Greg) DoVico, Paul (Janet-marie) Petric and Marion (Dan) Ibsen, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Stanley, three brothers and one sister. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, Arizona. She will be laid to rest with her husband of 57 years at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made to Hospice of Inspiris, 2025 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004.
