Patricia Lakomiak peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the age of 70. She was born in Chicago, IL on July 8, 1953. Patricia a talented floral designer and managed a floral shop in Chicago.

She leaves behind her siblings, Theresa Duff, Gerald (Maureen) Lakomiak, and Michael (Linda) Lakomiak; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Dorothy Lakomiak; and her brother, Donald Lakomiak.
