Penney M. Painter, 52, of Surprise, Arizona passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 9, 2010. She is survived by her parents, Robert and Audrey Painter of Sun City, Arizona (formerly of Ballwin, MO), her sister Debra Wedepohl of Hillsboro, Missouri, two nephews Ryan and Alex Wedepohl of Hillsboro, Missouri, and step brother William Painter of St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dr. Edwin and Espenna Dietrich. What do you say about an amazing lady who overcame obstacles with such polish and grace. Her zest for life shown through in her passion for work and her many travels. Her enjoyment for making people happy through her immense kindness and unending generosity made this world a much better place. For a life so short, you accomplished so much and leave behind a space that cannot be filled. You will be sorely missed by all who knew you and forever remain in our hearts.
