Philip Staley's Obituary
Philip Staley, 61 of Youngtown, passed away August 13, 2008. He was a survey/construction engineer in his career and had served in the US AirForce from 1967-1971. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 11:00 am at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
