Phyllis Orleen Windham, 62, of Peoria, Arizona passed away Dec. 17, 2006. Phyllis was born June 10, 1944, in Newton, TX, and had lived in the valley since 1978. Phyllis was a loving mother, grandmother and a respected professional. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson, her cats, church activities, and reading. She will be deeply missed by her sons, Gary Hyla and Todd, her grandson, Seth, and her many friends and family. A memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 22 at 11:00 am at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N 103rd Avenue, Sun City, AZ.
