Obituary

Renee Rollins was born on January 14, 1958, she passed away on August 11, 2026.

She was surrounded by the love of the family she cherished above all else.

She was the kindest and most selfless person her family and friends have ever known — a true angel on Earth who had a way of making everyone she met feel appreciated, seen, and loved.

Renee earned her Associate's Degree from Arizona State University and went on to build a remarkable 42-year career as a loyal employee of Northwest Airlines and later Delta Airlines. She received multiple awards for her outstanding service and performance.

But it was in her family that Renee found her greatest joy and pride. She had a gift for making everyday moments feel special — a trip to Costco or Macy's, a family getaway to Tahoe, movie night sleepovers cuddled up with her grandbabies, or a fearless adventure to Disneyland with all the little ones who would follow her lead her whole life through. She lived by the golden rule, led with quiet kindness, and showed everyone around her how to treat others with care and dignity — all with a great sense of humor along the way.

Renee was most proud of her family: her son and daughter, the family home she purchased in Big Bear, CA, and the love she poured into every relationship across her whole family.

Renee is survived by her son and daughter, Michael and Michelle; her grandsons, Avery and Brady; and many more beloved family members who will carry her memory forward.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Pingitore; her mother, Faye Pingitore; and her former husband, Donald Rollins.

Renee's warmth, humor, and boundless love touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed, and forever remembered as the heart of her family.
