Richard Eldon Dale, 94, of Peoria, AZ passed away December 30, 2014. Richard was born in Ridgeway, Missouri. He served in the US Army during WW II. He worked as a Security Department Head for the IRS retiring to Arizona in 1974. He was a member of the Church of the Palms in Sun City. He was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Thelma Boward Dale April 6, 2014. Private family arrangements were made. The family requests donations in their memory to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
