Richard Kelley, 79 of Peoria, AZ passes away August 28, 2013. He served in the US Army. He resided in Arizona since 1999 and retired from Valley National Bank. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Bible Church, 6060 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
