Richard George Sasse, 71, of Peoria, Arizona passed away December 26, 2011. Richard was born April 20, 1940 in Watertown, SD. He served in the US Navy. A graduate of Embry-Riddle University he worked for the Boeing Company for 30 years. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Judy; children Damon Sasse (Cindy) and Paula Kirton (Danny); brothers Ed Sasse (Sonie) and Jim Sasse (Darla); sister Bev Clark (Bob); grandchildren Nicole, Samuel & Lissy Kirton, Will Sasse and Ralph Abraham. Memorial services for Richard will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, 10111 W. Jomax Rd., Peoria, AZ 85382. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association or Cross of Glory Lutheran Church.
