Lt. Col. Ret. Robert R. Armstrong passed away at his home on June 1, 2006. He is survived by his wife Maria, daughter Charm, sons Robert and Ronald, sisters Winnie and Lucille, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM with visitation 1 hour prior to service on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. A reception will follow the service. All his previous tax clients and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.
