Robert B. Peterson, 85, of Sun City, AZ passed away August 16, 2010. Robert was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois and served his country in the US Navy. A retired salesman, he moved to Sun City in 2000 from California. He was a member of St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church where he was also and usher, Elks Lodge and a Sun City line dance. He is survived by his wife Rose Mary; children Robert Peterson, Vernelle Perkins and Janet Herring. 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive. A Rosary will be held at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. in Sun City. Funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 20, 2010 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights, California.
