Ruby Pearl Cook, 62, of Surprise, Arizona passed away May 20, 2015. Visitation and services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Palm Vista Baptist Church, 17475 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona 85374. She will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
