Sarah H. Tolmachoff, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 29, 2025, at the age of 92.
Born on May 6, 1933, in Belvedere Township, California, Sarah was raised alongside her three sisters and one brother.
In 1953, she moved to Glendale, Arizona and married Pete W. Tolmachoff, a well-known Glendale farmer. Together, they shared a loving marriage of 50 years, building a life deeply rooted in family, Russian tradition, and faith.
Sarah is survived by her four daughters: Sandra Conovaloff, Diana Couch, Paulette Zaremba, and Beverly Buchnoff. She was a proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, all of whom were a source of great joy in her life.
Known for her warm heart and unwavering dedication to her family, Sarah found happiness in cooking, fishing, reading, and entertaining those she loved. She especially treasured her time spent at her home away from home in Oak Creek Canyon near Sedona, Arizona.
Her legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
