Thomas Kaliski

Thomas S. Kaliski 95, of Ventana Lakes in Peoria, AZ passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on June 29, 2022. He was born on December 21, 1926 in Blue Island, Illinois. He had one brother Lou and two sisters Gertrude and Rita who proceeded him in death. Tom married his high school sweetheart Ann after returning home from a 2 year commitment serving in the Army during World War II. Their Loving marriage lasted for over 72 years. Tom retired after 30 years from Prudential Insurance Company. He distinguished himself as a district manager who was transferred to 3 different states to improve moral and boost production. He maintained life long friendships with many of his colleagues. He readily made new friends and always kept in close contact with them. After his retirement he was able to fully enjoy his love of playing golf and tennis with his family and many golf and tennis buddies. Tom always supported his family whom he dearly Loved. Tom leaves behind his Beloved Wife Ann, four children and spouses, Marianne (Doug), Ken (Katy), Dianne (Harold), Donald (Billi-Jean). Nine grandchildren, Jeffrey, Thomas, Jason, Aaron, Zach, Cole, Chase, Aubree and Zoe. Six great grandchildren, Hannah, Ashton, Colton, Cassie, Ainsley and Ronan. Tom will be remembered for his funny one liners, his cheerful demeanor and his ability to find the positive in everyone and everything. He was known for his famous toast “Here’s to You, Here’s to Me, May we never disagree…” Funeral Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 9728 W. Palmeras Dr. Sun City, AZ 85373 on Saturday July 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Reception to follow in Hall. Donations are requested in lieu of flowers to St. Vincent De Paul Society (www.stvincentdepaul.net)
