William A. Allen was born in Washington, D.C. on September 16, 1930, and passed away peacefully on December 3, 2010, in Glendale, AZ. He was a beloved husband and father. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn, of 60 years, daughters, Susan, Cheryl, Donna Jo, son, William, grandchildren, Jesse, Kasey, Amanda, Carolyn, Nikita, and great-grandchildren, Layla and Hagan.
