86, of Sun City, AZ passed away on July 16, 2015. Bill was born June 20, 1929, in Fremont, NE to Glenn and Beryl McCune. He married Barbara Sunde in 1956, in New York. They raised their family and created wonderful memories in Cedar Rapids, IA. Bill worked at Rockwell Collins for 30 years. They enjoyed their retirement in Sun City, since 1992. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Mary Jean, Patricia, Bob and Jim, and a son Michael. Survivors include his loving wife Barbara, daughters Anne Valline (Todd), and Carrie Nebel (Steve), seven grandchildren, and a sister, Barbara Langin. Services will be Friday, July 24 at 10:30AM at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ burial to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of the Valley.
