Alexander E. Nagy

Col. Alexander E. Nagy, USAF, Ret., 90, of Sun City passed away Jan. 27, 2008. He was born Feb. 18, 1917 in Toledo, OH to Marton and Kathalin Nagy. He served in the US Air Force flying in combat during WW II and retired as Colonel from the USAF Reserves; retired from US Army Tank-Auto Command as Engineering Supervisor. He was preceded by wife Mary A. Nagy in 2004. Survivors include son John Nagy of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and daughter Valerie A. Gary Meier of Peoria, AZ; grandchildren Glenn Meier and Erynn E. Meier. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. Menke Funeral Home handled arrangements.
