Jerry Simmons, Jr., 41, of Glendale, AZ died Sept. 17, 2007. Jerry was born July 5, 1966 in Champaign, IL. In 1985, he moved to Glendale, AZ with his parents and brothers. Jerry is survived by his parents, Jerry Sr. and Verna of Buckeye, AZ; brothers, Rebert of Champaign, IL and Brian of Glendale, AZ; grandparents, John and Betty Hemrich of Mahomet, IL.
