I was deeply saddened to hear of Robert's untimely death. I knew Rob during our Junior HS and early High School years. We were best friends and sadly lost touch a few years after Robert moved from Staten Island NY to Arizona. I regret not ever getting the chance to visit or keep in touch. Robert was a great friend and I know he was a great family man as well. Again, my sympathies to the entire family. I feel I knew him all my life. He came from a great family and was a great person. He was funny, caring, athelic, smart . I don't think there wasn't anything he could do but fly. Though if he put his mind to it he could have. I miss the two story house in Travis near the tall swamp grass to the micro-heat of Mesa . We alway talk about being this age when we were young. I thought we would be around forever. I always wanted a brother like him...and I was bless to have a friend like him. He will be sorely miss. Looking forward to the new order playing basketball with him and the boys and to teach him how to dance..... I knew Robbie when he was 12. I feel I knew him all my life.
