Ronald L. Linsley

Ron L. Linsley, 60, was born in Findley, OH and has been a Phoenix resident since childhood. He passed away on January 13, 2008. He is survived by Mary Jane Linsley, his wife of 38 years; daughter, Mari Denise Parker; 3 grandchildren: Brandon, Brianna and Erik; sisters: Roberta Carson, Rebecca Stockton and Roxanne Hernandez; and the Hearn family: Babe and Mary, Elvis and Debbie Davenport. Ron served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War where he received 2 purple hearts. Ron had a life long interest in the animal and plant world searching desert, woods, lakes or ponds for anything live. He enjoyed raising birds, fish and many other animals and reptiles throughout his life. Most of all he loved his family and the joy they brought to his life, he will be missed. A memorial service will be held at National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements by Menke Funeral Home.
